SHIPPING POLICY

•  Custom orders are on a 1-4 week lead time, depending on grade, width, length, and species

• We can ship anywhere in the US or Canada

• Orders are shipped upon completion via our company vans (under 1200sf), LTL, or flatbeds. We have many competitive freight brokers to get the best pricing from – and we’ll give you a quote before your order is shipped.

• All orders can be tracked.

RETURN POLICY

No returns on custom orders. Claims must be submitted within (3) business days. Restocking fees apply after (5) days. All returns subject to approval. Must be authorized by Timberline prior to return. Flooring must be in original condition for return. Moisture content must be acceptable as well. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
